General Information
We have P.E. outside on Mondays and inside on Thursdays. Please make sure your child comes dressed appropriately for both. For homework, please help your child practise their spellings each week for a check-up on Friday. Please listen to your child practise their high frequency words and their reading and return books to school on a Friday.

Term 1
In our first term this year, we will be working on sentence writing and using the ‘Talk for Writing’ programme, using the Three Little Pigs, to learn about writing fiction. In numeracy, we will be working on number, place value, addition, and subtraction. Our topic for this term will be ‘My Home and Homes Around the World’. In health and wellbeing, we will be learning about emotions and practising our ball skills in P.E.
